There are a number of conditions for your registration, you are only allowed to get a CPR number if:
You must fill in and sign an application form with information about your full name, date of birth, citizenship, marital status etc.

Another important thing in order to make a registration is, that you write the exact address e.g. which floor you are living on and which side or door number. In Denmark certain terms are used such as the ground floor (in most other countries this is seen as the first floor)

kld. / Kælder
If you do not put your name on the mail box you have to mention who you are living with in order to receive your health insurance card, which will be sent to you 2 weeks after registration.
